I'm looking for a contractor to write an ebook about Real Estate Investing, specifically flipping homes. The writer should be an expert on home flipping so that they can provide insight into the world of real estate investing that is hard to find elsewhere. A rough table of contents is listed below, but additional suggestions and critiques are encouraged and will help win the job.

Legal disclaimers should be included, but do not count toward the page count.
The book should be a very actionable, step-by-step guide for a novice reader looking to invest in real estate for the first time, but should also include some advanced tips and tricks.
Please include similar work completed as part of the proposal. Both expertise and writing style will be evaluated.
Delivery within 2 weeks of funding escrow.
The final table of contents will be agreed upon before starting the project. Regular progress updates, including writing samples, will be expected.
